Seven miles from the beaches of Javea and Moraira, Casa Bella perches on the hillside in the country overlooking the little village of Benitachell.
Two of the best restaurants in the area, one of them with a Michelin award, are a mile down the road and the Mas Y Mas supermarket and the golf course (also wuith a great restaurant) is five minutes away
The setting is tranquil and quiet with only the cicadas and the occasional sound of a passing motorbike on the road far below to interupt you.
Casa Bella is on the El Rafalet estate, an award winning and mature development with mettled roads and street lighting. The house is very secure (as long as you follow a few obvious rules, like not leaving the external gate open while you are in the pool) and comes complete with free WiFi, a satallite TV, limited air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, a breakfast bar and a full kitchen. There is a lounge and a dining room but, to be honest, in the summer you will spend your time on your Naya, the traditional arched balcony with the breathtaking views up the valley towards the golf course.
